Delivery Information
UK Delivery:
We currently deliver only within the UK to ensure our perishable products arrive fresh. All orders are sent via a standard delivery service with our chosen carriers.
- Orders under £45 have a delivery charge of £6.00.
- Orders £45 and over receive FREE delivery.
Each order can only be delivered to one address. We cannot split an order between multiple locations. Please note that we do not offer in-person pickup from our facility.
Delivery Address & Instructions:
When you check out, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. You can also use the 'Order Notes' box to provide specific delivery instructions, such as where to leave a package in a safe place. Our couriers will follow these instructions at their discretion.
Dispatch & Delivery Date:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email. We ship Monday to Friday, and once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent once the delivery is complete.
Important Delivery Notes:
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- A "no response" or "not in" update from the delivery driver.
- A missing delivery card from the courier.
- A parcel going missing after being left in a requested "safe place."

Packaging & Storage
Packaging:
To maintain the quality of products like cheese or salmon, we use insulated packaging with ice packs. These orders are shipped for 24-hour delivery to ensure they stay cool. All other items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage.
Please Note:
All our packages require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for issues resulting from delivery delays caused by customer errors, such as an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the shipment.
Storage:
Once you receive your order, we recommend unpacking it and storing the contents in the fridge to keep them in perfect condition. Please check the individual product labels for "use-by" and "best before" dates, as well as specific storage instructions.

All our products are cut and packed on-site. The weight displayed on our website and packaging is the minimum weight of the product at the time of packing.

All online payments are securely processed by SumUp. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The details you provide at checkout are used solely to process your order and keep you updated on its status.
Tax Charges:
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The total charge displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
