Ready to Eat.: Our biltong is crafted using a traditional, no-heat slow curing process to lock in natural nutrients and deep flavour. Low in fat and carbohydrates and naturally rich in protein, it’s the perfect fuel for workouts, hiking, or simply a healthy, guilt-free snack.

Artisanally Cured: We start with high-quality beef steaks, cured for 48 hours in our signature blend of ingredients. The steaks are then air-dried in a dedicated biltong chamber to precisely control the weight loss (approx. 60%)—a crucial step that ensures exceptional texture and a fully developed flavour profile.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
